The website provides general information about TrueCare Support Services. Content is not medical, clinical, legal, financial or NDIS plan advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances.
Enquiries and service arrangements
Submitting a contact form or chatbot enquiry does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability or confirm that a requested service can be provided or funded. Services begin only after suitability, scope, scheduling, fees, payment arrangements and any required documentation have been agreed.
NDIS information
TrueCare is presented as an independent support service, not as an NDIS-registered provider. Participants, nominees and plan managers remain responsible for confirming whether a service is consistent with the participant’s plan and payment arrangements.
Emergencies
The website, contact form and chatbot are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If someone is in immediate danger in Australia, call 000.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken to keep website information current, but service details, availability and content may change. TrueCare does not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical errors.
