When you contact TrueCare, we may collect your name, contact details, suburb, preferred contact method, the type of support you are seeking and any information you choose to include in your message.
Please do not submit medical records, detailed diagnoses, NDIS numbers, plan documents, financial information or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website or chatbot.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the website is used to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Understand the general type of support requested
- Arrange an introductory conversation where appropriate
- Maintain appropriate business and enquiry records
- Meet applicable legal and administrative obligations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement.
Chatbot
The website chatbot is an automated assistant. It provides general information from the TrueCare website and can help you prepare an enquiry for Tania. It is not a live conversation with Tania and must not be used for emergencies, medical advice or sensitive health information.
